Lisa has placed highly sought after partners and practice groups at top firms. She has a unique ability to connect with candidates and understand what they need to advance their careers because she spent many years as a practicing attorney at top AmLaw firms.

Prior to founding Rock Creek Legal Search, Lisa was an equity partner at a leading global law firm where her litigation practice focused on representing Fortune 500 corporate policyholders seeking insurance recovery.

For over a decade, Lisa has chaired the Penn Alumni Interviewing Program in Northern Virginia and serves as a fundamental line of communication with the University of Pennsylvania‘s undergraduate admissions office. In this role, she oversees one of the largest committees charged with evaluating applicants to the university. Lisa graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her JD from Boston University School of Law.

Gregg Corso

PRINCIPAL

Gregg is a former equity partner at an AmLaw 100 firm and has served in senior government and in-house legal and operating roles in the technology and financial services sector. In these roles, he was heavily involved in recruiting.

As a partner at an AmLaw 25 Silicon Valley based firm, Gregg worked on a broad range of public and private equity and debt offerings, enforcement investigations, and advised broker-dealers, investment advisors, venture capital and private equity firms.

Prior to Rock Creek Legal Search, Gregg was the COO/GC of a private cloud technology company. He also served as Managing Director of Corporate Development at a Fortune 100 financial services firm, negotiating and closing a range of transactions.

Earlier in his career, Gregg served as senior counsel to the Chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and ran the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions. Gregg taught a course on M&A for several years in the Securities Law LLM program at Georgetown University Law Center. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law.
